Goûts Nomades

My story

Summers spent in the Ente plum orchard of my grandfather in the southwest of France... harvest, Agen prunes, my grandmother's jam, the caramelized scent of cooked plums never left me.

+ Girl and little girl, niece and little niece of lovers of good food... chefs recognized or amateur rocked my childhood, formed my taste and my love of good products.

+ A life spent abroad... exposed to so many different and varied gastronomies, I had the chance to sharpen my gustatory curiosity.

= From this cocktail of childhood memories, family tradition and travels was born Goûts Nomades ! Begun in 2016 with the creation of the Comptoir de Singapour, the adventure continues today in Quebec by launching the Comptoir de Montréal.

My philosophy

My brand is eco-responsible and nomadic. The inspiration does not come to me only from my gustatory memories but from the variety of products offered in the market stalls.  I choose my products with care, focusing as much as possible on local and seasonal factors.  Without borders, I adapt to the richness of each terroir and every country in which I live.  That's what makes my signature.

My tasty mixtures

I like colors, textures, perfumes. Like an alchimist, I create marriages of flavours where the taste of the fruit is sublimated, while limiting the sugar content.

Made in Montreal, my jams are 100% natural without preservatives or pectin.  And even if my recipes are stable, each small production is unique.

It is for me a gourmet pleasure that can be shared and offered at any occasion !
